Where can I order my photos online?
You can order photos onlione at www.pestudio.ca.  You will need the password provided to you at your portrait sitting.

What can I expect at the sitting?
Please show up a few minutes before your scheduled sitting time. You will be shown into our studio for a twenty or forty minute photo session, depending on the type of sitting you choose. We offer various backgrounds and props and will work with you to find the right poses.

How about after the sitting?
A day or so after your sitting, your previews will be placed online for you to view and order from the comfort of your home.

What products do you offer?
Besides traditional photographs up to 16x20 in size, we offer frames, collages, bordered prints, images to CD, and greeting cards.

What should I wear?
For better photographs, medium or dark-toned clothing is preferred. Try to avoid whites or pastels, or distracting patterns. Long sleeves are always more flattering than short sleeves.

Are pets welcome?
Yes! Pets are welcome in our studio. We treat them like people. Large dogs are always taken on a white background.

What is a "sheet"?
Our packages are broken down into 8x10 sheets. The types of sheets available are pictured below:

• Sitting fees are payable at the time of your sitting.
• Business Portraits and Product Shots are paid for at the time of your sitting.
• All portrait orders are available only on a prepaid basis.
• Orders must be taken in store. No orders will be taken by phone.
• Portrait packages are generally ready in 3-5 days. Exceptions may be in the busy season. For the month of November, our usual turnaround time on portrait packages is 7 days. We will work with you to help get your portraits when you need them.
